License Grant
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Qevoxyl on devices you own or control. This license is for personal or organizational use only.
Restrictions
- No modification, reverse engineering, or disassembly.
- No renting, leasing, or sublicensing.
- No unlawful use of the Software.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with YOKLearn.
Updates
YOKLearn may provide updates, upgrades, or patches. These are subject to this Agreement unless separate terms are provided.
Privacy
Your use of Qevoxyl is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. YOKLearn may terminate it if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall Qevoxyl.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. YOKLearn does not guarantee error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOKLearn shall not be liable for damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
