Qevoxyl processes audio on your computer. There is no account, no upload, and no analytics pipeline behind the app.
What we process
Recordings, imported media, transcripts, and derived versions are read and written only on your device, inside your local Qevoxyl data folder. Qevoxyl does not transmit audio or transcript text to us or to a third party.
Network activity
The application contacts the network for exactly two reasons: downloading a transcription model you selected, and checking for a newer release. Strict Offline mode blocks both.
Local storage
Application data is stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Qevoxyl\, including the database, recordings, model cache, exports, and diagnostic logs. Deleting that folder removes your library from the machine.
Diagnostics
Logs stay local and are shown in the in-app log viewer. They are only shared if you attach them to a support ticket yourself.
Your control
You can export, move, or delete any transcript and any downloaded model at any time. Uninstalling removes the application; your data folder is removed only when you delete it.
